Maintaining well natural nails is not as difficult as many girls think. As with hair, nails are generally their healthiest in their natural state, need a bit of nail polish for safety and regular use of hand cream as a moisturizer.

-Healthy nails are crystal clear and seem to be pink in color as a result of the blood under them.
-Put shine to your nails by massaging warm castor oil or coconut oil on to them.

To avoid breaking nails or brittle nails:
-Keep away from using your nails as tools. This means no scratching, picking, pinching, digging, etc. You must know who you are!
-Add to the amount of calcium in your diet.
-Use products holding alcohol, especially perfumed, sparingly, lotions. These objects can make nails level to breaking.
-Try to wear rubber gloves when you do home chores that contact with chemicals, harsh detergents and lots of water.
